Bring your item and ID. A specialist values it in front of you, you agree the loan and terms, and your item is sealed and kept safe until you redeem it.
How is value decided?
By category — gold by weight & purity, watches by model & condition, and so on. See the Valuation guide. Every offer is finalized in person.
Can I buy items?
Yes — the marketplace lists vetted pieces. Reserve online and complete at a MAO branch.
Is my item safe?
Items are sealed, insured, and stored securely for the agreed term. Redeem any time within the term.
How do I sell/consign?
Submit your piece on the Consign page; a specialist reviews every consignment before it is listed.
